This Event listing is more of an announcement! I went last year - the food was VERY good! (food leans towards spicy!) The lines (queues) were ridiculous!
There were sooo many people they ran out of food and some folks had to wait for the next batch to cook up! =)
I'm sure they'll be more organized this year -
Tiger Beer is proud to present the 2nd Annual Tiger Beer Singapore Chili Crab Festival! Again we will take over the Brooklyn waterfront and give it the vibrancy,. of a massive Singaporean Street fair.
Food and entertainment for everyone!
In addition to Chili crabs, other Southeast Asian flavors including Beef Rendang & Singapore Satay will be available. Entertainment: live music, souvenir vendors, children's petting zoo, caricaturists, face painters, massage therapy, lion dancers, and kickboxers from Gleasons Gym.

"We want to give New Yorkers the opportunity to savor the local flavors from Singapore & Southeast Asia and experience Singapore's unique Street food market culture that allows locals to eat and drink on the streets,"explains Sean Davis, Market Development Manager, Tiger Beer USA. "This year, we are expecting more than 5,000 visitors at our free-admission, water front festival, and we can't wait for everyone to have a good time!"

Admission is FREE w/charges for food/beverages from 12noon-6PM.
A & C trains to High St; the F train to York St; 2/3 train to Clark St.
By car, take Old Fulton St to Front St to Main & Water sts.
We will once again be providing free Water Taxi service to festival attendees. Available from South Street Seaport to Fulton Landing from 12 to 6PM.
This year, our taxi service will be more reserved. Please be aware that while we will make every possible effort to provide the taxi service for all, capacity will be limited. Thank you for your understanding.
