Click here to go to the Downloads section of this update Don't forget our 101 and 102 class tomorrow night. Mia will be back, and ready with a brand new lesson. Don't forget our classes will also resume this Saturday, see full schedule below. LET'S EAT!!! We are planning a Pre-Thanksgiving dinner for Wednesday, November 26th at 7:00 PM. All are welcome..bring your friends and family if you like. We will meet at IS 131 and then decide where to go when we see how large of a group we have. Dinner should run approximately $15-$20 per person. We will go to one of the fine Chinese restaurants in the neighborhood and eat "family style" (several platters and everyone sharing) These are always fun filled, and educational events so please try to attend if you can. If you arrive late, just call my cell phone to find out where we are. Can't make it on the 26th? Sorry you won't be joining us, but we are planning another Holiday Dinner on January 3rd to welcome in the new year. Can't make that either?? Gosh!!!...You people are busy!.....Ok then you can always come by to my Dim2 sam1 點心 class starting up in January. It will be every Saturday morning at 11:00. This will not be as academic as Violet's class. It's just an excuse to go to jam2 caa4 飲茶 every Saturday. I will be covering the terminologies like the names of the different teas and dim2 sam1 點心 as well as useful phrases like There’s no toilet paper in the restroom. Sai2 sau2 gaan1 jap3 bin3 mou5 ci3 zi2 (There’s no toilet paper in the restroom.) 洗手間 入便 冇 廁紙 All are welcome...even if all you want to do is come to eat. Can't wait that long??? Jeeze!!
